Based in St. Louis, Mills & Partners’ five partners, (from left to right) Larry S. Bacon, David J. Webster, W. Thomas McGhee, David M. Sindelar and James N. Mills, are experienced executives with expertise in varying disciplines including mergers, acquisitions, finance, sales, marketing, production, human resources and law. This management group, with assistance from the professional staff of Mills & Partners, and the operating management teams of the portfolio companies, has successfully evaluated and negotiated the acquisition of quality growth businesses.
