Mills & Partners, Inc., specializes in the acquisition and operation of commercial and industrial manufacturing companies. Since 1985, Mills & Partners has participated in a series of acquisitions leading to the formation, operation and expansion of several significant stand-alone companies whose revenues range from $175 million to over $1 billion. Led by Chairman and CEO, James N. Mills, the operating performance of these companies has improved significantly since their respective acquisitions as a result of the implementation of Mills & Partners Buy and Build Strategy. This strategy encompasses the selection of a base or platform business, the strategic selection of add-on acquisitions, the continued investment in internal growth of the acquired business through R&D, new product development, capital additions and capacity expansion, and the diligent management of costs. The Mills & Partners portfolio of companies has reached in excess of $2.2 billion of revenues, 62 R&D and manufacturing facilities, and 28,000 employees with locations in most significant industrialized countries. Please refer to Operating Companies for further information.
