Larry S. Bacon is Senior Vice President of Mills & Partners. Mr. Bacon also serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources of each of the portfolio companies.

Mr. Bacon has more than 30 years of experience in human resources management including positions with Chrysler Corporation, Celanese Corporation and McGraw-Edison Company. Prior to joining Mills & Partners, Mr. Bacon was Vice President-Human Resources of Clarke Holding Corporation and its predecessor, the Clarke Floor Equipment Division of Cooper Industries.

Mr. Bacon’s responsibilities and experience span all aspects of human resource management including employment, management training and development, compensation, labor and employee relations, benefits administration, organization development, etc. He is also responsible for acquisition evaluation and subsequent organization and consolidation activities.

Mr. Bacon is currently a member of the board of directors of G.L. Collins, Inc. and a member of the Human Resource Management International. He received his BA from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and his MA from the University of Nebraska.
