Wesley D. DeHaven serves as Vice President for Mills & Partners. His responsibilities include participating in the implementation of business strategies, monitoring financial and operational results and assisting in acquisition evaluation, due diligence and contract negotiations. Prior to this position, Mr. DeHaven held various positions with several of the Mills & Partners’ portfolio companies including Vice President at Viasystems Group, Inc., Vice President-Finance at Crain Industries, Inc., Corporate Controller at International Wire Group, Inc., and Division Controller for the cutting and welding segment of Thermadyne Industries, Inc. Prior to joining Mills & Partners, Mr. DeHaven was employed by the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. DeHaven received his BA and MS from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
