Robert J. Mason serves as Vice President for Mills & Partners. He works with the Chairman of Mills & Partners and the President of each operating company on new business development, market expansion and acquisition opportunities. In addition, he participates in the planning and execution of certain key business strategies. Prior to joining Mills & Partners, Mr. Mason was an executive at Monsanto Company. During his tenure at Monsanto, Mr. Mason’s management assignments included the following: President of Monsanto Japan, General Manager of Monsanto International, Acquisitions, and Marketing. Mr. Mason received his BA from Amherst College.
