W. Thomas McGhee is Secretary and General Counsel of Mills & Partners, Inc. Mr. McGhee also serves as Secretary and General Counsel to each of the portfolio companies.

In addition, Mr. McGhee is a partner in the law firm of Herzog, Crebs & McGhee and has held that position since 1987 when the partnership was founded. Prior to the founding of Herzog, Crebs & McGhee, Mr. McGhee was in-house General Counsel for a privately held company in St. Louis which did business throughout the 50 states and grew from $125 million to over $475 million during his tenure. Mr. McGhee received his JD from Washington University in St. Louis.
