David M. Sindelar is President and Chief Operating Officer of Mills & Partners. Mr. Sindelar also serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of each of the portfolio companies.

Mr. Sindelar has over 18 years of experience in the finance and accounting areas, as well as 10 years of experience in leveraged acquisitions. Since 1987, Mr. Sindelar has participated in excess of $8 billion of leveraged transactions. Mr. Sindelar has been involved in all aspects of a transaction, initial review and selection, due diligence, financing, contract negotiations, and security offerings — both public offerings and private placements.

Mr. Sindelar also has a wide range of experience related to operating financing needs such as industrial revenue bonds, sales/leasebacks, accounts receivable securitization programs, lease programs, hedging programs, etc.
