Kelly E. Wetzler serves as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for Mills and Partners. Her responsibilities include initial evaluation of acquisitions, due diligence, acquisition financing, security offerings and private placements. Additionally, her responsibilities include investor and lender relations, as well as various special projects. Prior to joining Mills & Partners, Mrs. Wetzler was employed by the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. in the audit department. Mrs. Wetzler received her BA from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
