Timothy L. Conlon
Timothy L. Conlon has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Viasystems Group, Inc., since October 1998. Previously, Mr. Conlon served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Berg Electronics Corp. since December 1996 until Berg was sold in October 1998. Prior to serving as President of Berg, Mr. Conlon served as Berg's Executive Vice President since October 1993.

Mr. Conlon has over 20 years in the electronics industry. During that time he has served as General Manager of Amphenol Corporation from 1990-1992 where he was responsible for the Spectra Strip, Information Technologies Connector Division, RF and Fiberoptics divisions, as well as Machilladora and molding operations. From 1987 to 1989 Mr. Conlon was President and Vice President of Cambridge Products, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tridex Corporation, and from 1980 to 1987 Mr. Conlon wore several managerial hats at Elco (Gulf and Western) overseeing operations and marketing functions.

Mr. Conlon holds a BS in Industrial Management from Gannon University, a MBA from St. Bonaventure University, and successfully completed the Executive Management Program at Penn State. Mr. Conlon is affiliated with a variety of industry and engineering associations and is involved in various community and civic organizations.
